What could be the relation between them?
GATE is in US, India and Brazil.
Could we see a reverse merger between AGEL and GATE in order to GATE have more visibility by trading publicly through AGEL?

AGEL is also in OTCQB market which will make GATE products more visible by investors and they could expand to other countries.

Could AGEL be preparing themselves to make this reverse merger?
What will be the next steps?

Will Biogeron also be part of this merger in order to expand their business to India and Brazil?
