Tried to buy at bid and ask today and no fills. Then they ut away and I had to move my offer. At least it looks like it is not diluting.

As oil goes back up any stock with oil interest will increase speculative buying. We should be seeing more interest on Friday, also, as end of 1st quarter buying of dollar slows.

Japan fiscal year ends Thursday so they should be finishing their currency transactions and we should see some interesting movement of dollar and oil soon.
