look im not assuming anything...i called and spoke to the people that know im just asking you to do the same thats all....these are not assumptions on my part they are facts given to me by the people that make the decisions in CO...just call them yourself they will talk to you

Morey Wolfson
Transmission Program Manager
(303) 866-2163 morey.wolfson@state.co.us

contact him and ask him about blue diamond and freedom works llc

i beat it to death with him about a year ago he should probably remember me...and if you look at all my old posts i used to defend this company to great lengths, especially when i found out info and confirmed their test windmill, i even got banned for a while for going after a guy named earnestdd for bashing the company...then i finished my dd and realized he was 100% correct..i was very disappointed. just get in touch with them and they will explain how it is simply not possible for them to be involved at this point....

i will try and find the woman's name i spoke to at xcel too...she was very helpful and explained how the whole process worked and that bldv releasing an article like that was completely fraudulent because they hadnt even made a decision on transmission lines let alone handed out any purchase power agreements...which both have to be done before you can obtain a permit to construct anything...
