NWTT - released a response to a question within the previously NWTT news below indicating that investors should expect to see a NI 43-101 on their gold property from the merger:

PSWS, I am looking forward to the NI 43-101 being released. NWTT has potential to move very strongly. There are many investors who are in at higher levels from previous runs. I am sure some of them are lowering their cost basis down here. Other may be finding NWTT and the potential for the first time. Either way, this has potential IMO, to be a pretty syeady climber, or a fast runner. Those buying low, will have the best opportunity to see solid returns.
