The Company operates in two divisions: Direct Response Marketing and Celebrity Placement / Franchise Opportunities. On September 27, 2007, the Company completed the acquisition of 100% shares of Wallace Marketing and Licensing Group Inc. In October 2007, the Company acquired TV Inc.
I was told by my Etrade rep., that Etrade depends on the Company for current descriptions and information. I thought everyone knew this. It is up to the company to get out CURRENT information.
