The odds are pretty slim that something like that would happen by coincidence, but it is possible.

Very slim with a name like Irene Grootelaar. Shows up in the SB-2s filed with the SEC for Supatcha and PaperFree Medical Solutions (off on the name earlier).

Another surname that shows up in a some of those entities as an initial shareholder is Zumpano, but not with the first name that relates directly to Holland. Relatives perhaps - they are from the same area in Burnaby.
