gotcha...i know they did not sign anything pertaining to al dora/spph deal, strat. just reviewed maxi's prepared documents....but, i think i can assume that they possibly signed some sort of agreement to represent spph as strat. did say in email to me their services for minimum one month were not redeemed.. guessing good business would be to get payment from spph once retained, but who knows, maybe maxie did it all verbal and "promised" to pay representation fees..i think he may have a history of this practice..i'm emailing strat. a couple more questions, while they are eager to talk...
