Make sure he answers the SEC's upcoming inquiry into his antics.

That's the "nightmare" that BCIT insiders have been avoiding at all cost for going on 6 years now..and it appears TM would rather have this stock revoked than respond..unfortunately for him that did not end the "inquiry" as he hoped...DOH!!
