At the present time, it would appear that an ongoing investigation is under way, but ONCP is not named as a defendant by the SEC. I'm curious about the language found in the I-box above regarding the phrase, "Triggering Events That Accelerate or Increase a Direct Financial Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement A default under 1 [material definitive agreements], above could trigger Gendarme taking the secured stock pledged by Messrs.
