anyone with a few thousand bucks can hire a prof at university to do a research project...grants all the time in usa...i'm sure maxie exploited, concocted the (unreachable)al-dora royalty, name dropped strategema (a firm that has admitted to little input), essentially got a usa po box to set up office for legal maneuvering, etc...by maxie ending strategema deal, i guess he is no longer searching for any third party to enhance shareholder value...it will be interesting maxie's next pr approach ....i just can't believe that all will just fade away quietly....but, his hedge fund supporters may have considerable experience in these matters, comfortable with any potential legal issues...
