BTW.. Just stumbled on something BBF posted on 20-Nov-09.

Company B has lots of cash.
Company A must sell entire belongs or maybe only half of its holdings.
Company A gets enough cash to opearate remaining holdings.Company B gets badly needed locations to fix up and get profitable again.
Its a win win situtation."

I feel like Company A = Thunderbird. If you read in their recent reports, they're very eager to sell properties and were making a loss.. lots of debts. Company B = BFHJ.

IMO.
