XcelPlus Global Holdings, Inc. (XPGH) Size of Potential Paper Mill Market is Enormous

XcelPlus Global Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets: XPGH), is a company with a plan. These guys are picking them off one at a time … and by picking them off, I mean they target an industry and go after it for their renewable biomass and renewable synthetic biomass fuel products.

The Company’s current core customer base is in the paving industry. Xcel has joined the National Asphalt Pavers Association on an affiliate basis. In its core market of asphalt paving, the company recently received a two-million-gallon order from Wiregrass Construction.

HERE IS BIG NEWS — BIG SLEEPER — ENORMOUS POTENTIAL HERE

Test Burn at Florida Paper Mill

XcelPlus is also test burning its fuel at a Georgia and Alabama paper mill. Florida is emerging as a significant market and West Virginia facilities have begun trial burns. The hope is to prove XcelPlus’ product’s financial and environmental advantages, working with a single plant that could consume 30 million gallons annually if XcelPlus passes.

A recent e-mail from one of the Florida DEP regions stated:

‘We are pleased your fuel’s use results in much lower SO2 emissions, and glad to see wastes being converted into fuels that can decrease our dependence on non-renewable resources and foreign oil.’

Looking at the SHEER NUMBER of Paper Mills gives you a view of what the potential here can be:

Alabama (55 paper mills)
Arkansas (27 paper mills)
Florida (148 paper mills)
Georgia (118 paper mills)
Kentucky (41 paper mills)
Louisiana (30 paper mills)
Mississippi (37 paper mills)

Missouri (37 paper mills)
Oklahoma (16 paper mills)
South Carolina (48 paper mills)
Tennessee (81 paper mills)
Texas (203 paper mills)
Virginia (60 paper mills)

We know they will be putting out earnings in mid-February … and their earnings have stair-stepped up very, very nicely.

What I want to see is the potential to deliver bio-fuel to the tremendous paper mill industry. Talk about unlimited demand. This is where my interest is super strong.

Rodd, there are 902 paper plants listed above. Since the green fuel is your brainchild, and with rising oil prices, and the reinstatement of the tax subsidy, is there any reason that Global cannot make huge inroads in this industry? If management is competent, I can see no reason why the PPS should not hit at $5.00 a share. Am I wrong in my assumptions?
