Yes, thanks for reminding me, 1.5. There's now plenty of water for both the farmers and the minnow. For years the farmers were cut off so the minnow could be saved downstream. Only in CA are tiny fish more important than people.

Happy MLK Day. I still don't understand why the markets are closed.
