Regarding emails posted on the board under my name
I was told this morning to go look at Ihub board for these emails.
To give you a quick take, this person represented him/herself as a "journalist." I called Hillard Herzog and he offered an immediate interview. Then Hillard suggested a list of questions if not an interview. This person became very inflamed and made threats to the company and to those of use outside of the company. Not physical threats, but personal claims of fraud for which he/she had "proof." That is why you see me explaining how I have not made a dime off of the stock. Up, down or sideways... not a dime. Do keep in mind right now I am not even under official contract with Hillard as of the first of the year. If I defrauded anyone, it is my family by spending so much time and flying at my expense several times to personally check on Bergamo. As stated to Ischa I only have restricted and none of it is registered. I even could have registered some of it at far higher levels about 10 months ago. I did not.
It really is irritating to get accused generically of fraud when you flat out have done nothing. Still, my emails were polite, then none at all when it got really bad.
This "journalist" claimed in writing to be from a "famous Dutch journal" (that's a quote). An email search revealed this person has written me before and was more positive about the stock and claimed to be from a group of Dutch investors.
Quoting from that email on 12/9/10:
"We are a club of Dutch inverstors (sic) penetrating since 8 months in the OTC market. BGMO seemde (sic) to be a good company to invest."
Hostility came into that string of emails when I could not divulge things that were not in releases already. Then this series of emails starting late last week as a "journalist."
Hillard would have been happy to speak to speak with him/her (we still do know if it is a man or woman). However, this person vented in a serious of no less than ten emails (I counted) that I was either sent or was forwarded. I am not going to post them, but they go downhill and make threats to destroy all of us.
My take as everyone asks, I really do think Hillard Herzog is making a sincere effort to do what he wants to get done. I am hopeful that he will achieve what he has promised, most importantly (in my opinion) what he mentioned in the December 22nd release. If he comes through there this month, this will be an all new stock and "Ischa Gut" will be eating his/her words. There is risk here as we all have known. I really hope Hillard Herzog overcomes those risks and makes it all happen. By this time next month we will all know if he succeeded.
