You are correct here, the timing of the PR was done well to create giant buzz over a three day weekend. I also dont like the whole 5 merger thing, if they just concentrate on producing legit profits and information with the gold mining that would be a way better route than to merge with three more unrelated companies and have to produce more shares in the process.
