Brian Barrett, CEO of SSPT and formerly CEO of GESM (now CLDR), is a major stock diluter and scammy CEO. His dilution schemes at both companies involved Big Apple Consulting and questionable Reg D 504 private placement stock sales issued as free trading intstead of restricted stock.
