JBI, Inc. Executes 20 Year Lease for a Material Recycling Facility

THOROLD, Ontario, Dec. 15, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Today, JBI, Inc. (JBI) (OTCQX:JBII) executed an agreement to lease a waste permitted material recycling facility. The 18,000 sq. ft. recycling facility resides on a 15 acre site and accepts, separates and processes paper, plastics and other materials. The facility includes three bailers, several trailers, a shredder and approximately 20 remote bailing machines operating at customer sites. The solid waste permit allows for 300 metric tons of material to be processed on site at any one time.
