No offense taken! I do want you to know I appreciate all of your DD because I think it has opened at least my eyes to what I think could have happened. Now this is just my opinion of course. I like everyone else just gives our educated guess as to what is going on. No one and I mean no one has the facts just our opinions. But hear me out! First I just want everyone to know that I do have a few thousand in SAEI but I have made way more than I can lose so I am not just saying this because I NEED this company to be for real. I actually bought my first shares back in October so I have been here longer than most on here and have read almost every post since I have been here.

What makes no sense to me is that SAEI would put out a PR that Greg did the report and would misspell his name. Also knowing that anyone could check the claim out to see that Greg did not do it and he would deny doing it as he did.

Next SAEI put's out a buy out offer and list the 2nd wealthiest man in Russia to be that person. They did this on a Friday knowing that anyone could have the whole weekend to find out this was not true. Apparently this is exactly what happened.

Then the SEC suspended SAEI in just one week after this all started. We all know the SEC does not normally work this fast.

Now I know it is said by some people that SAEI is just very stupid people and this is just mistakes they made. But come on let's use a little common sense here. There is no way that a person or a group of people that put this company together would be this STUPID. Let's not insult our intelligence here.

Also it has been said that the company would just disappear after the SEC suspended SAEI. But this did not happen. They have responded and have put up a new website. they have also said that they are going to improve website late in January. So I give them until the end of January to see if we here from them again.

This is what I think could have happened. Someone put out fake PR's and did such a bad job (on purpose) and did it on Friday so that people would have all weekend to say SAEI is a scam. Which is exactly what happened. It would then drive the stock down and we all know this could make people money. I believe that these people thought that SAEI would fight back and the stock would keep trading and these people could keep making money. But what if SAEI decided to ask the SEC to suspend them so they could get to the bottom of this. In other words catch the bad guys with there pants down (so to speak). After all the SEC reacted WAY FASTER than usual. Just think about this if SAEI really does have a buy out offer what do they care that they were suspended and people got out because they were scared. They know the buy out is coming no matter what.

The last thing is if this were a true SCAM by SAEI and they are gone and this TRULY is over then why are there still a lot of people on here spending SOOOOO much time kicking a dead horse. I know they say because it is like watching a train wreck but again don't insult my intelligence with that response.

Bottom line there is WAYYYYY more to this than meets the eye and I for one am HAPPY to still have a small investment with this company. This is my one and only post for the day. Thanks for reading!!!!
