After this, once the Academy figured out Mediag3 was a scam, nothing more was said about Mediag3 on the Academy of Broadcasting's website. The start of the dilution barrage, however, coincided with that set of fluff PRs. Dilution begins whenever credibility erodes to zero. MDGC is another example of that pinksheet "rule" in action.
