The private placement is at .25 per share. Plus a warrent. I was not intrested in taking any part of the offer. So i did not pay attention to the particulars. Not because I did not like the product or company. But like the banker says, I can't make every loan in town. I can't ride every train in life. So I will wait till its proven before I invest. If it runs away, it runs away. Very seldom does that happen. If you really like the company. You shoild take a small position at this level. This will force you to keep up to date on your investment.
