BBB you are wrong. About 20 years ago TS and Michael Berresheim (Chair of PEG) were allegedly working together with the US Broker Fred W. Ballou to sell shares (NicStic) of the portfolio of HP Heinz Hensley (today's name Heinz Piroth). In relation to these questionable activities legal court action was started and it is alleged that TS quickly moved to U.S.

20 years later Smokefree Innotec decides to use a marketing company whose key stakeholders were involved in several fraudulent actions and subject to court rulings and fines? Not sure if this choice will drive pps.

In essence the link says:

# PEG - Perfect Entertainment Group is in charge of promotion of Smokefree products.
# It continues in saying " in charge of promoting Smokefree Innotec's products of its former employee Thomas Schroepfer - This suggests TS is not with Smokefree anymore. Blog entry is from 24/10/2010
# It says that T. Schroepfer had severe problems with German Justice Department and now lives in California
# 2 people involved (ownership) with PEG have been in jail for several fraud, investment, SEC violation issues etc. for several years
# PEG guys were involved in 2006 in a company named NicStic which made ecigs and stated that cigs were producted by AHN Biotechnologie in Germany.
# Japanese Investment group wanted to visit NicStic production facilities (= AHN facilities) and were disappointed to find out that AHN was not NicStic production facilities but that there were only producing a non-nicotine pilot production of aromas on a semi-automatic production machine. AHN was surprised that NicStic ordered 500,000 of the preproduction product.
# AHN only producted for NicStic after receiving prepayment from them

and post 13480 that started the whole Ken Fuentes debacle.
