What surprises me - is the fact that the information is only on Russian web-sites
Well, our mainstream media are not attuned to "lesser" companies like CPST and are entirely too focused on those that seem to be in control of the markets, politicians, banks, ...
And our "analysts" are not, IMO, particularly astute either.
I participate with a group of unaffiliated folks at another site that has been consistently ahead of public attention in areas such as the rare earth elements, gold and silver action, many start-ups and other lesser-known companies.
Here we know that by the time we hear the news from the media, analysts, ... we've probably missed the initial opportunities.
Once more than 3 or 4 analysts have started covering the stock, most of the big move is probably over.
I believe it's an effect of the concentration on fast money, rather than long-term investment, that is the cause of all this.
