This is the first time, I think, that you presented information
without adding your own personal conjecture. There is hope for
you yet.

Regarding Foster's claims to how much is owed him, that should
come out in the Court Case. If you can't wait for the Court
Case to work this out, call Foster directly and ask him yourself.
