Sand is similar to the Systems Evolution Group I've been posting on for a few days. It's all about movin shares that you authorize as directors into your own hands without shareholder consent. All had ties to NIR. NIR is just smarter. As long as they get their shares to convert they are happy. If a CEO goes to prison they step in and put their hand picked CEO in place. At the end of the day they come out as the lender protectin their investment per the note terms. The Feds need a Steven Humphries, Scott Sand or Paul Kravity type to step up and testify. That is gonna come.

As soon as there is hard evidence of NIR workin against those they fund the cards will fall. None of the companies will convert shares if NIR is in breach. NIR is strapped now. No way they will file Complaints against a hundred companies with no cash flow comin in.

Systems Evolution now HLNT has made a huge tactical error and I believe it has a good chance of producin cooperative insider testimony. Like Sand, Steven Humphries played his game with several companies and transferred debt obligation in shady deals. Humphries caught caught in a sting opperation and his group has used it to make claims and hopes to do Sand type deals with a massive block of shares they just created. One poster Sparky claims the web is too far reachin and convoluted to unwind. Nont so. These deals are quite easy to unwind once the light is turned on the perps.

Like I have suggested with the Humphries, Sand should also get his 10 mins. to come clean or get put away for the full 20. They only have one value point and that's the NIR relationship deals.
