Huge, as ya can see you're dealin with some real idiots.

After seein how they field your logical questions on the HLNT board I thought you should also know this.

Cs# 10-5123 filed in Western Arkansas district
court is: Charles Foster v Steven Humphries
The case revolves around a Special Power of Attorney Foster gave Humphries regarding his (Fosters) bank account. Aeems these boys were a bit closer that Sparky would like to admit. That doc was signed on 11-17-09. Foster filed a bk durin the same period in which certain assets he claimed in lawsuits as his just disapeared. O they were all more than just friends.

Cs# 5:10-cv-05150 was filed on 8-04-10
Mel Robinson v Steven Humphries
The jist of this one is also interestin. Seems the Settlement Agreement that put Robinson in charge of Systems Evolution HLNT included a clause that Humphries was to sign over all of his shares to Robinson (personally) not retire or return them to the treasury. That transfer never took place. The question arises, did Humphries actually resign and if he did why would Robinson get all of his shares. It seems that Humphries knowing he was going down for securities fraud decided he needed a place holder for shares, Robinson. Seems Humphries held back a little collateral in the form of shares.

Guess Humphries didn't trust his buddies or somethin fell apart. Now everyone is filin against Humphries in absentee. TIME FOR THE FED TO TALK TO OLD STEVIE BOY
