It is amusing that you call me p.o.'d.

Is this your proof that Robinson and Humprhies worked together to make those deals? If what I am reading in your last post here
is that Humphies stiffed Mel. That doesn't really sound like two people working together to me. So far, all I see is some facts
and references that are tied together with your opinion, which is the part of your post that is conjecture.

The PPS for HLNT has fallen because of the issues and cases that surround the Convertible Notes. It doesn't matter what you
think or say, this was bound to happen as the notes are either coming due or about to come due and there are questions about
legal character of some of the Notes. Currently, the market, and its participants are realistically re-evaluating the PPS in light
of what is known and based upon the suits that have been filed.

The Counter Claim that HLNT filed against NIR recites the agreement between Humphries and SSEV(HLNT), which Humphries
failed to fulfil. The coforful spin that you put on it is again, just your opinion. Not knowing what the agreement was before,
you stated that Humphries and Robinson were working together. Now as antagonists in a court of law, you state that this is
just a plan of Robinson's to get rid of Humphies and make him a scapegoat. Again, that is just your opinion based upon your
interpretation of the events and facts. You have no proof to support your accusations.

One thing I am grateful for is that the HLNT cases are being tried in true courts of law and not in the court of PD's opinions.

Thirty days from now, it will interesting to see if your accusations have been proven and your predictions still hold.
The same can be said sixty days from now, and again, ninety days from now or even longer.

What is a certainty is that HLNT is fighting back because of the alleged fraud. I say alleged, because it needs to be proven in
court yet. I for one am willing to see how it plays out in court before passing any judgement. But I will say that I also have
a personal bias in believing that HLNT will prevail.

An interesing side note. ECMH will continue to rely upon the likes of NIR to fund its operations. Because the current
management of ECMH is also involved with the NIR note processes, it is therefore very likely that there will be no effort on
ECMH's part to break away from this form of financial strangulation. Unfortunately for the shareholders of ECMH, the
burden of this strangulation is being passed on to them. You can continue to praise ECMH if you wish, but I find it hard to
take what you say about HLNT as being of any real substance, considering you are promoting a company, ECMH, that is
a real black hole when it comes to the money invested there by others.
