My understanding is the requirements for volume production for human trials can't be met with the current lab space. Humans require much greater dosages than mice such that should simultaneous early human trial across indications--say Dengue and HSV--be required current facilities are probably not adequate. Also, the pilot facility would be certified GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), which means human testing can evolve directly to manufacturing in very large quantities.

Day traders are exiting for the long weekend. This is expected. The price will still close higher on the weekly chart. I won't be surprised if buying comes in for the last minutes of the trading week.
