O.K. guys. I spoke with Val a few minutes ago. He is a soft spoken individual,convincing, very methodical and unassuming person. No ego and just a plain simple human being. I am glad, he picked up the phone (please do not ask me how I got him).

He assured me they will be submitting 2010 financials shortly (may be within a week?)so they can be current on OTC Pink Sheets.

He said when he took over the management, he thought he would be done in one year but it is taking more than that (the delay is unanticipated). Actually they are working on about 20 projects simultaneously. Their main focus is on high speed wireless. He reiterated the speed data posted on the website and that work is almost completed. So there should be a string of news shortly. Regarding my complaint on Unilava Investor Relation's lady comments on association (or rather non association) with MDGC,Val said he does not know Susan personally but will investigate it and would inform me through email.

Thanks Val. Sorry for being rude in the begining. Because I did not know whom I was speaking to. He told me clearly his name only towards the end. Now I feel very confident about my investment in MDGC after speaking with the CEO.
