With the news of

"To answer shareholder questions regarding the purchase of 7662491 Canada Inc. (Canada Corp.), the company will have to come up with more stock through a buy back or sale of preferred shares. Management is at work to find the best way to accommodate the merger."

Do you not think a good way to get alot of stock is to get people to start dumping shares? Not releasing your PR's and having value of the stock go down causing people to dump should free up some shares for the merger. JMHO
