I was just looking at a Claim # 21313 - filed by OM Financial Life Insurance Company - which is listed to be expunged as duplicate of Indenture Trustee in Docket # 13936.



The Claim is for LEHNQ CTs and I noticed that OMFLIC checked the box for a Claim based on a Guarantee.



The Claim also included an attachment which was professionally written by a lawyer and stated the following -



'PURSUANT TO THAT CERTAIN GUARANTEE AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JANUARY 18, 2005, THE SECURITIES HAVE BEEN FULLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY GUARANTEED BY LBHI."



The Claim also attached The Guarantee Agreement and the Prospectus.



It was very professionally done and refreshing to review.
