You are right.. I think that SFIO stands to gain because they have their own patents pending.

IMO there is going to be a crapstorm of litigation this year. Alot of these smaller companies are going to go to the wayside because they don't have the money to fight it. Leave it to the Chinese to go after N-Joy just after they successfully got them into this country via Court of Appeals. hehehehehehe

But SFIO now can focus on their product as the dust settles around them. They have their own unique product so the Chinese should have no "beef" with SFIO. As these other "faux" brands go bye bye, it could vault SFIO to top five instantly

Its going to be an interesting year and the party is just starting...................
