Give us somethin of value like additional info on your past CEO steven Humphries who seems to have had a very close workin relationship with NIR. Present person in control is Mel Robinson who worked these deals along side Humphries. Robinson has a long history of scams and is a convicted felon who has used lawsuits between partner companies he's involved in so as to transfer shares. He creates a liability in these suits inorder to transfer shares as a settlement. All it appears to bypass 144 and insider rules. The m.o. always involve multiple postin id's on the company stock chat board. I see an effort now on the HLNT (new company name) board here on Ihub to pump that Systems Evolution HLNT is simply after NIR and Humphries the past CEO. That's not what I see at all. I see a company that is making great effort not to use it's present name Highline Technical Innovations HLNT. Also a company that is trying to establish a liability to one of it's directors Charles Foster. Foster retains equity in the sub HLNT companies. I've posted links here that show the lawsuit claim, settlement with shares past of Robinson and much more on his antics. I have plenty more but let's just start with these people relationships. We can go into the creation of billions of new shares by Robinson and friends that fit the usual pattern. I personally am interested in a deposition of Humphries regarding all NIR dealings as well as the share, equity and PR situation at HLNT who seems to have been creating shares for NIR. I think Humphries would have good reasons why he had to do that but now it seems Foster and the others are claiming forged sigs in order to do the usual, move shares to personally controled entities. Everyone here hopes Humphries has lots to say in order to shorten his prison time. I also see the Robinson plan falling apart as the facts come to light. Any comments from you are very welcomed.
