It has been a while since anything was heard about the mergers. Now that the Adequate Disclosure has been filed, management shared the following information on the proposed mergers: The Welcome Place merger is hanging in, but management wants to see the business move, land a few deals, and show its potential before the merger. Encryptstick values itself too high, and it would represent a massive dilution that would destroy UWRL.
