VCTY

The merger with the Chinese hydroelectric company is a mega-project. With VCTY's current stock price hovering around the .002s range, VCTY would be under tremendous pressure.

Regarding ASCC, we haven't received any updates from management as to the revision of the OS/AS structure following the sale of ASCC. Once ASCC is finalized, this can be addressed.

The company is aware that the list of company officers update is in "default." With the sale of ASCC, this will be resolved. This is a non-essential administrative procedure.
