That is not his point. I agree ALT Energy will be around in the future and so will mortgages and technology. BUT they all had a bubble that popped at one time or another.

If you would have known to sell in 1998 before the DOT COM bust or in 2005 before the Mortgage and credit Bubble POP, you would be sitting very pretty in a pile of cash watching people who ride the bubble up and down. Waiting for the next bubble to form :)

I will tell you when I think ALT Energy is a bubble, At that time I will sell LLEG, but that will just be MY OPINION. and I think many years from now at MUCH MUCH higher prices than now.
