As of now, how much programming does Q have? I'm assuming they do not have 24 hr programing. If PV is not doing well financially, could that not potentially hurt Q if they do not improve it. Would that not be buying debt that creates more debt. Surely, they could use PV to their advantage, though.

I know I keep saying this, and I'm probably beating a dead horse. I want and hope to see, somewhere in the future, QTN air one of SIRI's radio programs as a TV show. This would mutually help both companies.
