No way no dilution. The shares were converted so they could be sold into the ST hype. Remember, those converted preferred shares were originally commons issued pre-split at .00005, and they sheltered them from the split by making them preferreds. Now they're converting them back to sell, so they actually paid .00005 for those shares based on current prices.
