They are Moerly Cho-director of Orient Overseas Holdings Ltd. , Walter Culver, Harry Edelson and his group, Elizabeth Wang-President of Silkwood Inc-the voice you hear on phone message machine in NYC office and Lynne Verchere-expert in Info Tech Manag. Systems. Then there is people that came from former ITG group. They are Gary Robinson, Richard George, Ian Hetchell, Simon Coates Mukhtiar Sing-Sohal, Martyn Booker and Sark Consultants Ltd.
Largest customer is Shenzhen Jialing Comm Equip Co., Shenzhen TEFA Industry Co.Ltd and the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Developement Co. Ltd.The last Owns 200 smaller companies with over $1 billion in assets.
Currently the company manufacture fiber optic gel and various instruments to employ this thiotropis material. It is the protection cover for the glass fibers within the cable. Unigel is in partnership with this company. The plant in the United Kingdom closed because of lack of financing and high labor/material costs. Due to lack of financing and the need to focus on the most profitable aspect of the fiber optic businee. Gary Robinson basically ceased operations of Arnhem.
I know two of the priorites that will be implemented on condition of sale of Unigel. Reduce the outstanding shares by at least 30% and to file current SEC papers. Of course the lawyers, auditors, management and other creditors will come first.
