Folks, I'm not worried about 60.1B distributions against 322B claim. In fact the 24B cash will go to the creditors and the rest are the illiquid asset that will pay the affiliates, Will only be on paper to credit the "due to" and "due from" the affiliates. Then, The same illiquid asset will be ended back to LBHI.
Also, There should be a second distributions for the other future recoveries. The 60.1B is the only distributable asset at this time and it doesn't mean that there will be no more additional recoveries in the future.
There is also a possibility of SpinOff or emergence of the company from chapter11.
