miners in the perfect condition to rally hard now

everyone is expecting a break down. way overblown. the dollar index is in a very bearish technical position as of now 79.25 (off 79 low) and now metals and miners are oversold! perfect condition for a gold/miners rally. this sell off shook out the weak hands and NOW is the time to buy metals/miners. the dollar index will break down and the euro (obviously) will head higher after months of speculation against the currency. its the dollar's turn to tank. and gold will head to 1600 before years end. and miners will make mad money when gold is that high.
