2.4M + 2.8M = 5.2M Page 8; but they weren't so forthright as to come out and say 'issued 2.8M additional shares' that I have found yet.

So, their 10K can't be taking into account the huge amount of 'additional' shares issue by ST onto the market, can it? Interesting, and no mention of it in the 10K at all.
