If you do a search on the Socola Tower you will find a company called Socola Photo Finishing Pvt Ltd and the contact person for this company is also Tejas Vijay Sonavane and his title with this company is "Marketing Manager"

but Mr. Sonavane is also the CEO of Helios Trading Co, an import & export company

Seems to be a jack of all trades here ... but my guess is this guy owns the building and has extra space that is being rented out...im trying to get a photo off google earth and this address is not coming up at all, however getting satelite images of places outside the U.S. is not always possible so that doesn't mean much.
