Well, to be fair, he sold 50k shares over that past two months, but yes, he did sell about 9% of his holdings.

While I haven't done any DD as to this at all, I would assume this is his 10b-5 window, meaning that if he doesn't sell now, he may be locked in for a while.

As I noted, his last sale (prior to these two) was in Jan., 2010.
