Why would the company dump their shares when they could very easily create false or embellished PRs every week to drive up the price... THEN DUMP. It doesn't even make sense. They'd have to be complete idiots to think this is a good place to unload their shares and run off to the hills. IMO, at least do some real pumping, get it up into the 3s... THEN dump your shares.
