30million was sold - that represents 62.5%
18million was placed into a private placement - that represents 37.5% of total compensation

For a firm like LevelStock, their main source of income comes from COMPENSATION for PR services

IT IS ABSOLUTELY NATURAL FOR THEM TO CASH IN 60%+ OF COMPENSATION AS THEY HAVE TO TRANSFER RECEIVABLES INTO CASH, AND THAT IS DONE PRIMARILY AND EXCLUSIVELY BY SELLING COMPENSATED SHARES !!!

NO REASON TO PORTRAY THIS ABSOLUTELY NATURAL CHAIN OF EVENTS AS SOMETHING NEGATIVE FOR EMXC

THAT IS MISSTATEMENT OF FACTS !!
