If you were here long enough you would remember Mike telling us these vague deatails and timelines. Than when the timelines were not happening he was bashed for keep missing them.

Do you remember Mikes comments about the month of Aug/Sept 09 he said we should close on the Berlin property "witin 30days".... Tick Tock the deal did not get done till Dec.

We must have faith, the news I heard will be great once anounced.
