Quit with the Lawyer stuff. All Lawyers are under Lawyer Client Confidential rules. A lawyer would not be able to talk to you regarding ANY business related to his client. This is Lawyering 101. You could write or call the Lawyers 100 times a day and they CAN NOT respond to you.
This is purely a momentum play when it happens.
The only question I asked once before and was not answered (may be too sophisticated for many on this board
is that : If the Company had in fact entered into a contract with a large client, that would be deemed to be a material change and by law they would have to report it and file an 8K. The only thing I am not sure about and have been meaning to find out is if a non reporting Pink has to follow that rule?
In the mean time I sit and wait until they do whatever they will do, but trust me the people of this board have NO input on what is or is going to happen.
