To put it simply, CTC has been in discussions with China for 31/2 years. At some point during that period, State Grid decided to build the line referenced in the article. Benton has been saying that the China (i.e. State Grid) has been chasing CTC. Given that background, why wouldn't CTC's ACCC be used in the project? The fact that the article does not reference CTC or ACCC clearly implies that they will be using conventional materials. My point is that, as someone else on the board put it, if CTC does not find a way to get in the game, opportunities like this one will be lost. How many of these need to be lost before you get concerned?
