Nope, Scott only mentioned about the 2 billion cancellation of commons already completed. He didn't address the 1.6 billion reduction of the A/S in the CC or the PR. If he plans on completing this by months end he should've mentioned it in the CC and PR and that would've generated a lot more interest in the company. If its true I guess it gives people who haven't loaded up more time to get their shares. So if someone else can confirm this that'll be great. (Sorry I cant call because I'm in another country, I am awaiting his email)
