Are we trying to say that a board member might not have know what was going on or what the numbers were? Then just what was his purpose being on the board. Its one of the first things you do at a board meeting is go over the fiance and everything going on with the buisness. If this is how he was as a board member than we shouldn't expect anything from him as A CEO. In my opnion this company is toast,over, and out. Gold OH please lets not even go there!
